Sukumar has more than 20 years in advertising. 12 of which he worked with some of the top ranked agencies in India - JWT, Enterprise Nexus, Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB Mudra and Leo Burnett. He particularly cherishes his stint at Enterprise Nexus in the initial years - the creative hotbed where most creatives wanted to work. So did most clients. Being able to learn the craft under the legendary Mohammad Khan was an experience he will never forget. He has worked on brands across diverse categories - Raymond, Economic Times, CNBC, VIP Luggage, MetLife, TVS, Reliance Communications, Reliance Energy, Reliance Capital, Reliance Life Insurance, SBI, HPCL, Heinz, TATA Salt to name some. Having worked closely with majority of his clients, launching their brands and gaining their confidence, he gained some in himself to venture out on his own. So in Jan 2009 Black Swan Life was born. Inspired by the book (The Black Swan) he felt the theory fitted the business of creativity like a glove - Creative solutions without a past precedent that deliver a multiplier effect in the market.

Naisho has spent 18 years working with some of the best minds and agencies in the advertising and design industry. He started his career with SSC&B Lintas, Bangalore, and later moved to Mumbai and has worked with DDB Mudra, VGC, JWT, and Percept-H. Over the years, he has crafted work for brands like Toyota, Dunkin’ Donuts, Crusoe, Jamba Juice, Society Tea, Philips, Haagen-Dazs, Neutrogena, Lipton, Motul Lubricants, among others. His work ranges from identity design, advertising, packaging, editorial, to digital.

With more than a decade of working with best of the teams, Ameya has joined our crew as Senior Design Director. Over these years, he's worked with Leo Burnett, Grey Group and DDB Mudra Group and has been a crucial part of some noticeable pan-India launches like Captain Morgan, Haig, Volkswagen, Priya Cement, The Bar Stock Exchange & Premier Futsal League. He has also offered his expertise for the brands like Reliance Big TV, Suzlon, UTV Bindass, NFDC, ITC, Indian Oil, Haig, Heinz, HimaniBoro Plus & Deutsche Bank to name a few. His keen interest and expertise ranges from branding, graphic design, strategy & planning to photography, attention to detail, music and riding.

Nimisha holds a bachelor's degree in History as well as a second bachelor's degree in Law. A solution-driven and persuasive communicator, with the 'gift of the gab' who can get through to almost anyone and convince them to get on board with her plan; she has over 7 years of experience in business development and account management. She started her career as a business development executive with The Bombay Coding Company, being responsible for handling their software and digital services portfolio; followed by handling both mainline and digital services portfolios at Togglehead and METAL Communications. She has also worked in the business team at the corporate side for Future Group.

Dheeraj has about 14 years of experience covering the spectrum of agencies from Leo Burnett to Ogilvy and everything in between. He has been an independent consultant for 4 of those 14 years. A stint he describes as full of life and business lessons. He has worked on brands like Cadbury’s, HSBC, Volkswagen, Audi, Fiat, HaagenDazs, McDonald’s, The Economist, General Motors, MTV, Virgin Mobile and a lot more than he can keep count of. He is known to be a bi-lingual writer with a healthy obsession for craft. And believes advertising can simultaneously be the most frustrating and satisfying profession there is.

An avid Biking enthusiast, Prathyush kick-started his Advertising journey with Black Swan Life as Account Executive, and over 5 years has managed client expectations and operations diligently to become an Account Manager. His strength lies in ensuring smooth work flow across the various brands at BSL. Some of the brands he has worked on include Dunkin' Donuts, Dominos, Crusoe, Jamba Juice, Haagen-Dazs, Society Tea and Loop Mobile.
